Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my Gorillax+ subscription?
All subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Gorillax Gym, then tap "Cancel Subscription". Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
In Gorillax, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your active subscription will be automatically detected via your Apple ID.

I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". You'll receive an email with a link that opens Gorillax directly on the reset screen.

How do I delete my account?
In Gorillax, scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete my account". The action is irreversible: all your workouts, posts, messages and the related subscription are removed immediately.

The app is crashing or behaving strangely.
First, fully quit the app and relaunch it (so it picks up the latest updates). If the issue persists, send us an email with: your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of where it happened.

How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. The app supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Japanese.

No. No ads, no data resale. Details in our privacy policy.
