Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the Gorillax mobile application (« the App »), published by Arthur Destribats. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.
3. Acceptable use
You may not: post illegal, hateful, harassing or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use the App for spam or fraud; bypass technical limits or paid subscriptions.
4. Health disclaimer
Gorillax is a fitness tracking and social tool. It is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries. You exercise at your own risk.
5. Premium subscription
Some features require a paid subscription via the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Price, duration and auto-renewal are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled per Apple's policies and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, brand, design and code remain the publisher's property. You retain rights to content you post and grant us a limited license to host, display and distribute it to operate the service.
7. Availability
We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with or without notice depending on severity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or harm from use of the App. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last twelve (12) months, or zero for free use.
9. Termination
You may delete your account in the App or by contacting us. We may terminate access for material breach, with notice when possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
